Ein potentes, synthetisches Peptid, das ein konkurrierender Inhibitor von Proteinkinase A (K_i = 2,3 nmol/l) ist. Seine Sequenz wird aus dem hitzestabilen Skelettmuskel-Inhibitorprotein von PKA gewonnen. Bindet an die katalytische Untereinheit von PKA und verdrängt die regulatorische Untereinheit. Imitiert das Proteinsubstrat, indem es über das basische Arginin-Cluster-Substrat an die katalytische Stelle bindet.

Peptid, das dem aktiven Zentrum von Skelettmuskel-Inhibitorprotein entspricht. Konkurrierender Inhibitor von Proteinkinase A (K_i = 2,3 nmol/l)
