Other Notes
Monospezifisch, wie durch Immunelektrophorese (IEP) gegen zweifach konzentriertes, gepooltes Humanserum bestimmt. Dieser Antikörper funktioniert Berichten zufolge auch mit Immunpräzipitation. Mit den Assay-Bedingungen verbundene Variablen geben die korrekte Arbeitsverdünnung vor.
