Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Verbindung, die als selektiver, potenter und reversibler Inhibitor von Nichtmuskel-Myosin II dient. Hemmt die ATPase und gliding motility von humanen Blutplättchen (≤100 µmol/l) ohne die Aktivität der Myosin-Leichtkette-Kinase (MLCK) zu beeinflussen. Blockiert cell blebbing und stört die gesteuerte Zellmigration und Zytokinese in Wirbeltierzellen schnell. Stört weder die Mitose noch die Anordnung des kontraktilen Rings.
