Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Benzotriazol-Verbindung, die als hochselektiver, reversibler und ATP/GTP-kompetitiver Inhibitor von Casein-Kinase-2 (CK2) (IC₅₀ = 900 nmol/l und 1,6 μmol/l mit Rattenleber- bzw. humaner rekombinanter CK2) und DYRK (IC₅₀ <1 μmol/l für DYRK1a) dient. Seine Spezifizität wurde mit einem Panel aus 33 Kinasen, einschließlich PKA, PKB, PKC, MKK1, Erk2, p38, JNK, Lck, Lyn und Syk, demonstriert. Hemmt auch die mit NS3 assoziierten viralen Helikase-Aktivitäten in HCV (IC₅₀ = 20 und 60 μmol/l mit DNA- bzw. RNA-Substrat) und WNV (IC₅₀ = 1,7 μmol/l und 900 nmol/l mit DNA- bzw. RNA-Substrat). Eine 10-mmol/l-Lösung (5 mg/1,15 ml) von Casein-Kinase II-Inhibitor I in DMSO ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
