Beschreibung

General description

Kreatinphosphat ist eine hochenergetische Phosphatverbindung, die Energie aus den Mitochondrien speichert, wenn ausreichende Mengen ATP vorliegen. Wenn die ATP-Werte niedrig sind, wird Energie aus dem Phosphokreatin zu ADP-Molekülen übertragen, die schnell in ATP umgewandelt werden. Oft ein Bestandteil von ATP-erzeugenden Systemen.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
