General description

Ein spezifisches Substrat für Pankreas-Elastase (K_m = 100 µ;M; K_cat/K_m = 35.000 s^-1 M^-1 für Ratten-Pankreas-Elastase; K_m = 30 µ;M; K_cat/K_m = 351.000 s^-1 M^-1 für Schweine-Pankreas-Elastase). Die Spaltung des Substrats kann bei ~405 nm überwacht werden.

Preparation Note
