Natives Hämoglobin aus Rindererythrozyten. Eine Hauptkomponente des Sauerstofftransports der Erythrozyten, die auch als Stickstoffmonoxid-Fänger fungiert. Blockiert die Carbachol-stimulierte cGMP-Produktion. Dieses Präparat enthält hauptsächlich Ferrihämoglobin und muss in seine Eisenform reduziert werden, um molekularen Sauerstoff zu binden. Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
