Natives IgE aus menschlichem Myelomplasma. Menschliches Immunglobulin E (IgE), aufgereinigt vom Plasma eines Myelomspenders. Das Isotyp der Leichtkette (Kappa oder Lambda) variiert je nach Ausgangsmaterial von Charge zu Charge.

Preparation Note
Aus Plasma hergestellt, das in zertifizierten Tests keine Reaktion auf HBsAg und Antikörper gegen HCV, HBc, HIV-1 und HIV-2 zeigte.
Nach dem erstmaligen Auftauen in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °C).

Ein einzelner Bogen durch Immunelektrophorese gegen Antiserum auf Human-Vollserum und humanes IgE

Hinweis: Die schwere Myelom-IgE-Kette kann bei der Gelelektrophorese entweder als Einzel- oder Doppelband erscheinen. Mit den Assay-Bedingungen verbundene Variablen geben die korrekte Arbeitsverdünnung vor.
