Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Benzamid-Pyrimidin-Verbindung, die als starker, selektiver und ATP-kompetitiver Inhibitor von IKK (IC₅₀ = 40 nM, 70 nM und 200 nM für IKK-2, den IKK-Komplex bzw. für IKK-1) fungiert. Hemmt in-vitro den zellulären IκBα-Abbau und die NF-κB-vermittelte Genexpression in HUVEC-Zellen und weist in-vivo nachweislich eine hervorragende Wirksamkeit bei Mäusen und Ratten auf. Auch als 10-mM-Lösung in DMSO verfügbar (Katalog-Nr. 5.05378).
