Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable Benzimidazol-Verbindung, die als starker und selektiver Inhibitor von Interleukin-1-Rezeptor-assoziierten Kinasen (IC₅₀ = 300 nM und 200 nM für IRAK-1 und -4) fungiert. Weist nachweislich eine geringe Aktivität gegen ein Panel von über 27 weiteren Kinasen (IC₅₀ >10 µM) auf, darunter lck and Src. Auch als 25 mM Lösung in DMSO verfügbar (Best.-Nr. 407602).
