Ein Dekapeptid mit C-terminal amidiertem LRF-Motiv, das als potenter und selektiver Agonist von AXOR12 und hOT7T175 (einem neuen menschlichen G-Protein-gekoppelten Rezeptor) wirkt. Induziert einen Anstieg der intrazellulären Ca²⁺ Werte in CHO/h175 und CHO/AXOR12:Gqi5 Zellen und weist eine etwa 8-fach höhere Rezeptorbindungsaffinität (K_i = 42 pM) im Vergleich zu Metastin (Katalognr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-445885&;#124;[/islink]">;445885<;/A>;) auf.
