Ein zellpermeabler, selektiver, reversibler und nicht-konkurrierender allosterischer Inhibitor von PTP1B (IC₅₀ = 4 µ;M und 8 µ;M für jeweils PTP1B₄₀₃ und PTP1B₂₉₈). Bindet an einer neuen von der katalytischen Tasche entfernten Stelle und hemmt die PTP1B-Aktivität durch Verhinderung der Schließung der WPD-Schleife. Auch im InSolution Format erhältlich (Best.-Nr. 539749).
