Beschreibung

General description

Ein zellpermeabler, reversibler, ATP-kompetitiver, hochpotenter und selektiver Inhibitor der epidermalen Wachstumsfaktor-Rezeptor-Kinase (IC₅₀ = 3 nM) gegenüber HER2-neu (IC₅₀ >100 µM) und der aus Blutplättchen gewonnenen Wachstumsfaktor-Rezeptor-Kinase (IC₅₀ >100 µM). Hebt die durch Angiotensin II induzierte MAP-Kinase (ERK)-Aktivierung auf (Best.-Nr. 05-23-0101). Hemmt auch die Aktivierung von EGFR-Kinase und MAP-Kinase durch 4-Hydroxynonenal. Verringert die ARF1-Aktivität und löst die Golgi-Struktur auf. Eine 10-mM-Lösung (1 mg/317 µl) von AG 1478 (Best.-Nr. 658548) in DMSO.
