General description

Eine zellpermeable Verbindung auf Triazinbasis, die die Ca²⁺-abhängige Exozytose von Lysosomen hemmt, die durch Ionomycin oder eine Verletzung der Plasmamembran induziert wird. Sie beeinflusst nicht den Wiederverschließungsprozess und die Exozytose von Enlargeosomen. Außerdem wird weder der Aufbau des Aktin- oder Tubulin-Zytoskelett-Netzwerks noch der Membranverkehr entlang des konstitutiven Weges vom ER zur Plasmamembran gestört.

Eine zellpermeable Verbindung auf Triazinbasis, die die Ca²⁺-abhängige Fusion von Lysosomen mit der Plasmamembran und die Freisetzung des lysosomalen Inhalts hemmt, ohne die Enlargeosomen oder andere membrangebundene Organellen zu beeinflussen.
