Biochem/physiol Actions

Humanes IgE. Ein einzelner Bogen mittels IEP gegen einen erhöhten IgE-Serumspiegel. Weniger als 1 % Reaktivität mit IgM, IgG, IgD und IgA.

Physical form

Immunglobulin, affinitätsgereinigt. Flüssig in 0,05 M Tris-HCl (pH-Wert 7,5), 0,5 M NaCl, 0,01 M EDTA mit 0,1 % Natriumazid.
