General description

EIGENSCHAFTEN:

Bindet an Heparin. Aktiv bei der Zellanhaftung von MG63-Zellen.

Produktherkunft: Humanplasma; negativ auf Antikörper gegen HBsAg und HIV geprüft.

Vitronectin (S-Protein) ist ein multifunktionales Protein in Plasma und extrazellulärer Matrix mit einer definierten Aktivität bei Zelladhäsion, Thrombose, Komplementaktivierung, Fibrinolyse, Entzündung und Thrombozytenadhäsion. Vitronectin bindet an andere Makromoleküle und ist an regulatorischen Kreisläufen zum Steuern dieser Prozesse beteiligt. Einige Zielmakromoleküle, die mit Vitronectin wechselwirken, sind Heparin, PAI-1, Proteasen wie Thrombin und Urokinase-Typ Plasminogen Aktivator (uPA), Serinproteaseinhibitor-Protease-Komplexe, uPA-Rezeptor und eine Unterklasse von Integrinrezeptoren an der Oberfläche von Zellen. Vitronectin wird als dünne Beschichtung auf Gewebekulturoberflächen aufgetragen, um die Zellanhaftung, -verteilung, -proliferation und -differenzierung vieler normaler und neoplastischer Zellen zu fördern sowie die Zellmigration zu untersuchen.

Application

Geeignet zur Verwendung in ELISA, Immunisierung, Zellanhaftungs-Assays und Elektrophorese.

Physical form

Flüssigkeit in 50 mmol/l Natriumphosphat, 100 mmol/l NaCl, pH-Wert 7,4, ohne Konservierungsmittel.

Preparation Note

Bei -70 °C 12 Monate haltbar. Wiederholte Einfrier-/Auftauzyklen vermeiden.

Während der Lieferung können gelegentlich kleine Mengen des Produkts im Verschluss des Produktfläschchens eingeschlossen werden. Für Produkte mit Volumen von 200 μl oder weniger empfehlen wir, das Fläschchen vorsichtig auf eine harte Oberfläche zu klopfen oder das Fläschchen kurz in einer Tischzentrifuge zu zentrifugieren, um Flüssigkeit aus der Kappe des Behälter′s zu entfernen.
