General description
Immobilon®-P PVDF-Membran ist eine originelle und am häufigsten verwendete Polyvinylidenfluorid(PVDF)-Transfermembran für Western Blot. Sie weist eine Porengröße von 0,45 μm auf und wird für das Blotting von Proteinen >20 kDa empfohlen. Die Immobilon®-P Membran weist eine ausgezeichnete Proteinrückhaltung, hohe physische Kraft und eine breite chemische Kompatibilität auf, was sie ideal für eine Reihe von Färbungsanwendungen und eine weitere Untersuchung in Immunnachweisverfahren macht.
