Rekombinantes Nkx2.1.

Application

Dieser Anti-Nkx2.1-Antikörper ist zur Verwendung in WB und IH(P) zum Nachweis von Nkx2.1 validiert.

Western Blot. Der Antikörper reagiert mit einer 40-kDa-Bande in Immunoblots der nukleären Extrakte oder Ganzzelllysate aus den Nkx2.1-positiven Zelllinien MLE15, H441-4, H345 und Typ-II-Pneumozytenzellen der Ratte.

Immunhistochemie Der Antikörper kann in formalinfixiertem, in Paraffin eingebettetem Gewebe verwendet werden. Die wärmeinduzierte Epitop-Rückgewinnung wird empfohlen.

Optimale Arbeitsverdünnungen müssen vom Endanwender bestimmt werden.
