General description

MultiScreen^® Platten sind zuverlässige Hilfsmittel bei der Arzneimittel- und Life-Sciences-Forschung. Die MultiScreen HTS 96-Well Filterplatten werden zur Filtrierung von Proben und Durchführung ganzer Verfahren eingesetzt – von Zellwachstum bis hin zur Szintillationszählung innerhalb der Probenplatten.

Application

MultiScreen^® HTS GV-Filterplatten, 0,22 μm, transparent, steril, werden für folgende Anwendungen eingesetzt:

• in Solubilitäts- und Rücklösungsscreenings mit hohem Durchsatz zur Aufreinigung von Antikörpern durch kombinierte PEG- und Zinkchlorid-Fällung[1]
• bei der Filtrierung von Prochlorococcus-Kulturen zur Messung von Wasserstoffperoxid
• zur Filtrierung von extrahierten Proben bei Spektrometrieanalysen.[2]
