- Verarbeitung von bis zu vier Blots gleichzeitig auf einer Vakuumbasis mit zwei individuell gesteuerten Seiten
- Bestehend aus drei abnehmbaren Blot-Halter-Rahmengrößen: MultiBlot, Mini und Midi, für unterschiedliche Blot-Größen
- Einweg-Blot-Halter, passend für MultiBlot-, Mini- und Midi-Rahmen
- Der Blot-Spacer, der für das SNAP id-System der ersten Generation erforderlich war, ist jetzt in den neuen Blot-Halter integriert
- Erweiterte und Offline-Optionen für die Blot-Verarbeitung: Die Rahmen haben Deckel und können für eine längere Inkubation (eine Stunde bis über Nacht), eine Inkubation in einem Schüttler oder eine Inkubation bei 4 °C von der Basis abgenommen werden
- Rahmen sind stapelbar, damit mehrere Blots gleichzeitig bearbeitet werden können; 30-minütige Immundetektion mit gleichmäßigem Signal über den gesamten Blot
- Mehr als 80 % Antikörper-Wiederfindung mit den SNAP id 2.0 Antikörper-Sammelschalen
- Kompatibel mit Nitrocellulose- und Polyvinylidenfluorid(PVDF)-Membranen
- Funktioniert mit den meisten Blocking-Puffern und Visualisierungsmethoden (z. B. Chemilumineszenz, Fluoreszenz oder kolorimetrisch)
