General description
Die Steritest® NEO-Einheit ist eine Membranfiltrationseinheit zur Sterilitätsprüfung filtrierbarer pharmazeutischer Produkte. Die Einheit vereinfacht jeden Schritt der Sterilitätsprüfung, von der Durchführung bis hin zur Rückverfolgung. Das in sich geschlossene System gewährleistet, dass pharmazeutische Produkte während der Sterilitätsprüfung niemals der Umwelt ausgesetzt werden. So werden falsch-positive Ergebnisse minimiert und höchste Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit gewährleistet. Bei Verwendung mit der Steritest® Symbio-Pumpe, spezifischen Zubehörteilen und hochwertigen Nährmedien und Spüllösungen bietet dieses System ein optimiertes und in vollem Umfang vorschriftskonformes Testverfahren. Die Steritest® NEO-Einheit für medizinische Produkte wird mit drei Adaptern geliefert: Luer innen, Luer außen oder Einzelkanüle für den Anschluss an verschiedene Testprodukte. Eine separate Belüftungskanüle für den Transfer von Nährmedium oder Spülpuffer ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Steritest® NEO-Einheit für medizinische Produkte kann mit Novaseptum® Einheiten für die sterile Probennahme verwendet werden. Das blaue Kanisterunterteil kennzeichnet eine Membran aus Zellulosemischester. Diese Membran bietet eine optimale Filtrationsflussrate für Standardprodukte.
