General description

Laktatalbumin-Hydrolysat ist ein enzymatische Aufschluss von Laktalbumin und enthält hohe Mengen essenzieller Aminosäuren. Es wird für Anwendungen empfohlen, die eine gut lösliche Quelle für Aminosäuren und Peptide erfordern. Es ist besonders nützlich für Fermentationen, Labormedien und Gewebekulturen. Laktatalbumin, auch Molkeprotein genannt, ist das Milchalbumin und wird aus Molke gewonnen. Es gibt Alpha- und Beta-Laktalbumine, die beide in Milch enthalten sind. Aufgrund seiner hohen Nährstoffqualität kann es das Wachstum von zahlreichen Zelltypen wie Zellen von Säugetieren, Insekten und Bakterien unterstützen.
