General description
Atto 580Q ist ein Quencher mit einer molekularen Absorption von 110.000 bei einem Absorptionsmaximum von 586 nm. Atto-quencher zeichnen sich durch sehr hohe Photostabilität und gute Wasserlöslichkeit aus.
Application
Ato 580Q can be utilized as a fluorescence quencher (λ absorbance = 586 nm) on amine-labeled nucleotides for FRET experiments. Works well in combination with the following fluorescent dyes: TAMRA, ATTO 550, ATTO 565, ATTO 590, and ROX.
