General description
Asolectin enthält Lecithin, Cephalin und Phosphatidylinositol in etwa gleichen Proportionen und daneben kleinere Mengen andere Phospholipide und polare Lipide. Gute Quelle für Fettsäuren: etwa 24 % gesättigte Fettsäuren, 14 % einfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren und 62 % mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren. Zur Rekonstitution von Vesikeln in Membranstudien; Bericht über das Quellen von Sojabohnen-Phospholipiden in Wasser und ihrer Funktion als Öl-in-Wasser-Emulgatoren.
Application
Sojaphospholipide werden wie folgt verwendet:
- für die Vorbereitung von Liposomen zur Beladung für Viskositätsergänzungstests
- zur Herstellung von Streckmitteln auf der Basis von Sojalecithin (SL) und zur Bewertung ihres Potenzials als brauchbare Alternative für die Verwendung in Gefriermedien für Bocksperma
- zur Vorbereitung von Liposomen für den Liposomen-Cosedimentationstest
Biochem/physiol Actions
Sojaphospholipide können als biologisch aktive Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe verwendet werden. Diese Lipide weisen mehrere biochemische und physikalische Wirkungen auf, die zur Vorbeugung gegen Pathogenese nützlich sein könnten. Sojaphospholipide sind dafür bekannt, dass sie den Lipidspiegel senken, den Cholesterin- und Triglyceridspiegel regulieren, die Membranfunktionen stabilisieren und die Leberfunktionen unterstützen.
