General description
Es eignet sich ideal für Anwendungen, die hohe Kollagenkonzentrationen erfordern. FibriCol® Kollagen ist in Mengen von je 20 mL und einer benutzerfreundlichen, für die praktische Verwendung und Lagerung geeigneten Verpackung erhältlich. FibriCol® ist sterilfiltriert und wird als gebrauchsfertige Lösung bereitgestellt.
Application
- Zur Herstellung von Liposomen-beladene Co-Gelen zur Behandlung von Infektionen mit Methicillin-resistenten Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in vitro und in vivo
- Zur Herstellung von Gelatine-Methacrylat(gelMA)-Kollagen-Gelen zur Untersuchung der Auswirkungen der Steifigkeit und Faserdichte auf das Zellverhalten in Brustkrebs-Zelllinien
- Zur Herstellung von Kollagenhydrogelen zur Untersuchung der Auswirkungen auf die Makrophagenreaktion in Rattenmodellen der Bauchdecke mit einem partiellen Dickenschaden
