Beschreibung

General description

Die transparente Corning^® 96-Well-Polystyrol-Mikrotiterplatte weist eine flache, durchsichtige Bodenplatte mit Deckel auf.
Die nicht behandelte Polystyrol-Oberfläche ist hydrophob und bindet Biomoleküle mittels passiver Wechselwirkungen.
Für die Immobilisierung von großen Molekülen geeignet.
Die Bindungskapazität beträgt ca. 100 bis 200 ng IgG/cm².
