General description
Nukleotide sind organische Moleküle, die als Monomere oder Untereinheiten von Nukleinsäuren (wie DNA und RNA) dienen. Nukleotide sind die Bausteine von Nukleinsäuren und bestehen aus einer stickstoffhaltigen Verbindung (Purin oder Pyrimidin), einem Zucker aus fünf Kohlenstoffatomen (Ribose oder Desoxyribose) und mindestens einer Phosphatgruppe. Ein Nukleosid mit einer Phosphatgruppe bildet ein Nukleotid. Die Desoxynukleotid-Mischung ist eine praktische, vorgemischte dNTP-Lösung mit je 10 mmol/l der Natriumsalze UltraPure dATP, dCTP, dGTP und TTP in hochwertigem Wasser in molekularbiologischer Qualität. 1 µl reicht für eine standardmäßige 50-µ-l-PCR-Reaktion.
Application
dNTP-Mischung wird wie folgt verwendet:
- bei der PCR-Amplifikation von genomischer DNA aus Insekten, Pilzen, Viren, Menschen,
- bei der reversen Transkription von Gesamt-RNA zu cDNA.
- Als Komponente der DNA-Amplifikationsmischung für die Polymerase-Kettenreaktion (PCR)
- für die routinemäßige und lange PCR
- für die manuelle und automatisierte DNA-Sequenzierung
- für die cDNA-Synthese und für Markierungsreaktionen
