General description
Ficoll® 400 ist ein nicht-ionischer synthetischer Polymer der Sucrose, der für die Zellabtrennung und Organisolierung verwendet wird.
Application
Geeignet für
- Hybridisierungsexperimente zur Reduzierung nicht-spezifischer Bindungen markierter Sonden an die Membran
- Herstellung von DNA-Ladepuffer (15 % Ficoll®, 0,25 % Bromphenolblau und 0,25 % Xylencyanol (FF))
- Abtrennung von Zellen mit ähnlicher Dichte, jedoch unterschiedlicher Größe (PBMC aus peripherem Blut, Knochenmark und Nabelschnurblut des Menschen)
- Herstellung von Dichtegradienten zur Abtrennung subzellulärer Bestandteile
- Vitrifizierung von Zell- und Gewebeproben
- Vergleich der Wirkung unterschiedlicher Perfusate auf die hypoxische pulmonale Vasokonstriktion (HPV)
Für die Zelltrennung und die Isolierung von Organellen verwendet.
