Beschreibung

General description

Der monoklonale Anti-FLAG-Antikörper BioM2 von der Maus ist über eine Hydrazidbindung kovalent an Biotin gebunden. Der Antikörper erkennt die FLAG-Sequenz am N-Terminus, am Met-N-Terminus und am C-Terminus von FLAG-Fusionsproteinen.

Application

Biotin-markierte Antikörper werden für Immundetektionsmethoden eingesetzt, bei denen mit Avidin oder Streptavidin konjugierte Reporterenzyme wie Streptavidin-Peroxidase verwendet werden. Primärantikörper-Konjugate werden bei Verwendung von Mäusezellen als Wirt der rekombinanten Proteine vorgezogen.
Die Antikörper eignen sich für Immunfluoreszenz-, Western-Blot- und Mikroskopie-Anwendungen und zur Bildung von Avidin-Biotin-Komplexen.

Physical form

Lösung in 50 % Glycerol, 10 mM Natriumphosphat, pH 7,25; enthält 150 mM NaCl und 0,02 % Natriumazid.

Preparation Note

Antikörper in TBS (0,05 M Tris, pH 7,4, mit 0,15 M NaCl) bis zu einer Endkonzentration von 1-10μg/mL auflösen.
