Glucose ist ein besonders wichtiger Energieträger für physiologische Prozesse in lebenden Zellen. Sie dient als Vorläufer von Glycoproteinen, Glycolipiden und Glykosaminoglykanen.

Application

Ist die primäre Energiequelle für den Zellstoffwechsel.

D-(+)-Glucose-Lösung wird als Medienzusatz verwendet:

in Dulbecco′s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) für die Kultivierung von Flp-In 293 Zellen
in koronalen Schnittpräparaten des Rattenhirns
in neurobasalen Medien zur Kultivierung von Hippocampuszellen

Biochem/physiol Actions

Glucose ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil für das Wachstum und den Erhalt von Säugerzellen unter In-vitro-Bedingungen und ist von wesentlicher Bedeutung für Produktivität und Qualität. Ihre hohe Stoffwechselaktivität begünstigt die Osteoklastendifferenzierung. Der Glucosespiegel moduliert die Migration und das Wachstum von Tumorzellen. HeLa-Zellen weisen eine hohe Mobilität bei niedrigen Glucosewerten auf.

  This product is quite stable and not assigned an expiration or retest date. A warranty period of one year from the date of shipment applies. Products that are robust in nature and extremely stable, in the original unopened container, are not assigned an expiration date or retest schedule. These products will have no dating reported on either the label or the Certificate of Analysis.
  Products that are not assigned an expiration or retest date are covered by a warranty period of 1 year from the date of product shipment.

Our CDMO has used 45% Glucose for manufacture. The supplier code they gave us is CR20057-1L and CR20057-50L. They do not have any other code filed. Can you confirm that CR20057 and G8769 are the same product and the same specification release applies?
