General description

MICROLON^® 96W Microplate, well working volume 25-340 μL; total well volume 382 μL.

Polystyrene Multiwell plates from Greiner for immunoassay and high throughput screening applications. High binding plates are recommended for ELISAs. High binding denotes a binding capacity of 600 ng/cm² and scatter of less than 10%. Optimal protein binding is variable and comparative tests between high and medium binding plates is suggested.

Application

UsefμL in immunological assays. MICROLON 600 is a hydrophilic high binding surface that will bind up to 600 ng/cm² of polar proteins and peptides. Free of detectable DNase/RNase, human DNA and pyrogens.
