General description
Sojabohnenmehl wird aus der Hülsenfrucht Sojabohne gewonnen. Es ist eine Quelle für neun essenzielle Aminosäuren und hat weniger Kohlenhydrate und Fett. Sojabohnenmehl ist eine ausgezeichnete Proteinquelle. Es ist hochgradig bioverfügbar und sein Isoflavongehalt beugt Herz-Kreislauf-Probleme vor.

Entfetteter, langsam verfügbarer Proteinnährstoff.
Sojabohnenmehl wird wie folgt eingesetzt:
- zur Optimierung von auf Triton X-114 (TX-114) basierter Lipopolysaccharid(LPS)-Extraktion
- als Proteinergänzung bei der In-vitro-Fermentation von Pansenflüssigkeit
- als Proteinergänzung bei der Batch-Kultivierung der Verdauungsprodukte von Rindern zur Untersuchung ihres Abbaus
