Biochem/physiol Actions
BmrA is an efflux protein and ABC transporter that acts as an ATP-dependent drug efflux pump.
Preparation Note
Formulated in 50mM Tris-Cl pH 8.0, 100mM NaCl, 0.01% DDM, 10% glycerol.
Thaw on ice. Upon first thaw, briefly spin tube containing protein to recover full content of the tube. Aliquot into single use aliquots. Store remaining undiluted protein in aliquots at -80°C. Note: avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
