This kit has not been validated for mouse beta interleukin 1 (IL-1b). In cross-reactivity tests, only four mouse samples were tested, and three out of four were not detected, indicating signals above background levels. Non-detectable results could be due to either a lack of cross-reactivity or sample concentrations being below the detection limit.

General description
Application
Analytes included: Fractalkine, GM-CSF, IFNγ, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-17A, IL-21, IL-23, I-TAC, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, MIP-3α, TNF-α
Assay Characteristics: Refer to kit protocol for assay cross-reactivity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.
Features and Benefits
- High-Sensitivity Detection: Enables the detection of low-abundance T cell cytokines, providing critical insights into subtle immune responses and enhancing understanding of disease mechanisms.
- Simultaneous Quantification of Multiple Analytes: Capable of measuring a variety of T cell-related cytokines and chemokines in a single assay run, including IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, TNFα, and others, saving time and resources.
- Versatile Sample Compatibility: Offers flexibility in sample types, making the assay applicable to a wide range of research settings and experimental designs.
- Enhanced Understanding of Immune Responses: Contributes to a deeper understanding of the immune system′s complex interactions, particularly in the context of inflammatory diseases and other clinical conditions.
- Cardiovascular Risk Profiling: Analyze IFN-γ and MIP-1α, associated with atherosclerotic plaque instability to identify biomarkers for cardiovascular event prediction or therapeutic monitoring.
- Subpanel Flexibility: Select subsets of analytes (e.g., IL-2, IL-4, IL-5) for focused hypotheses, reducing costs and streamline workflows for targeted immune monitoring.

Hello, I have a question about this kit that I recently bought, and my question is whether this kit also detects beta interleukin in mouse.

Could you provide me with more information about the T cell cytokine assay, including CV values and detection limits? The current information I have is that serum concentrations of 13 human cytokines (IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-13, GM-CSF, IFN-γ, and TNF-α) were quantified (pg/ml) in the serum of 52 matched cord blood and maternal venous blood samples using the human 13-plex magnetic bead assay (HCYTOMAG-60K). The assay protocol followed the manufacturer's guidelines, and standards and controls were included in each run. I also cc-ed Jennifer as she was involved in my work and may have previous information about technical reports.
1 answer-
The validation data and assay characteristics are provided in the back of each assay protocol.
