Application

General description

  • 高度纯化的胃蛋白酶可溶性牛皮胶原蛋白,缺端胶原蛋白,0.01 N HCl溶液,pH 2。主要为I型胶原蛋白,约含5%的III型胶原蛋白,浓度为3 mg/ml。
  • 无菌性。
  • 无BSE。
  • ≥PAGE(SDS-PAGE)法测定的纯度为95%
牛胶原蛋白溶液可用于形成细胞培养的三维结构,也可包被塑料器皿增强细胞粘附性。在pH 7条件下可形成凝胶,非常适合制备细胞培养、工程组织和药物递送用的3D生物材料支架。
