One unit, based on the A260 value, is approximately 50 µg. The general conversion formula is 20 units per milligram. The 0.25 UN package size will contain approximately 12.5 µg, the 1 jUN package size will contain approximately 50 µg, and the 5UN package size will contain approximately 250 µg.
