IPA-3 is an allosteric inhibitor of Pak1.
IPA-3 is an allosteric inhibitor of Pak1. It binds to autoinhibitory domain of Pak1 (p21 activated kinase), highly selective amongst kinases. Pak1 is implicated in tumorigenesis and metastasis.
