This Anti-Na+/H+ Exchanger-3 Antibody is validated for use in ELISA, WB for the detection of Na+/H+ Exchanger-3.

Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using Chemiluminescence technique. A band of approximately 90 kD has been detected in brush border membrane (Yohsioka et al. 1997). ELISA: 1:100,000 using 50-100 ng control peptide/well.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes NHE3.

The immunogen sequence shares 90% homology with mouse NHE3.

Affinity Purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS with 0.1% BSA.

Preparation Note

Maintain for 6 months at -20°C from date of shipment. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
