This Anti-Galanin Antibody is validated for use in ELISA, IH for the detection of Galanin.

Western blot: 1:1000-1:5000 using ECL

Immunohistochemistry

ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000 using 50-100 ng/well control peptide (Catalog Number AG370) per well.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes human Galanin. It is expected that the antibody will cross react with rat and mouse and other species due to the fact that galanin is extremely conserved.

Physical form

Rabbit serum. Liquid with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
