Application

GS System 100mM L-Methionine sulfoximine, working range 25μM to 1mM has been used as a component in CD Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) medium to resuspend freshly thawed CHO-K1SP cells.

    1. The recommended storage temperature for this product is -20°C. The freeze/thaw stability of this solution has not been investigated. In general, repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. To minimize freeze/thaw cycles, this product can be aliquoted in single-use volumes and stored at - 20 deg C.

    1. Yes, this product is sterile. The solution is assigned an expiration date of approximately 1 year from the date of Quality Release. The lot specific expiration date will be listed on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis.     1. The information regarding the composition of product GSS-1015-F is considered proprietary; however we can state that this product does not contain calcium or magnesium.
