Mini żel jest utwardzany w ciągu 1,5 minuty, a cały proces odlewania może trwać mniej niż 3 minuty. Odlewane żele mają wymiary 8 cm x 10 cm i grubość 1,0 mm, 0,75 mm lub 1,5 mm, wraz z opcjami 10 lub 15 dołków do ładowania próbek dla grubości 1,0 mm i 1,5 mm oraz opcją 10 dołków dla grubości 0,75 mm.
