- to culture Spironucleus salmonicida
- to culture Giardia intestinalis
- to culture Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites
Diamond Vitamin Tween® 80 Solution 40x has been used as a supplement in TYI-S33 medium to grow Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites.
