Hybryda wygenerowana przez fuzję mutanta mysiego neuroblastoma N4TG3 opornego na 6-tioguaninę (numer katalogowy Sigma 08062515) i mutanta mysiej linii fibroblastów L B82 opornego na 8-bromodeoksyurydynę (numer katalogowy Sigma 08062522) przy użyciu inaktywowanego wirusa Sendai. Fuzja N4TG3 x B82 wygenerowała dwa typy komórek hybrydowych: neuronalne przypominające neuroblastoma i epitelioidne z wyraźnie widocznym jądrem. 328/7 należy do typu neuronalnego.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2 mM glutaminy + 10% płodowej surowicy bydlęcej (FBS) + HAT (0,1 mM hipoksantyny, 10 μM aminopteryny i 16 μM tymidyny) Komórki mogą być hodowane bez HAT pod warunkiem, że były hodowane w pożywce HT przez 3-4 dni.

Rozdzielić subkonfluentne kultury (70-80%) w stosunku 1:4 do 1:8, tj. wysiać 2-4x10 000 ^komórek/cm2 przy użyciu 0,05% trypsyny/EDTA; 5%_CO2; 37°C.
