Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM Glutamina + 2% Aminokwasy nieistotne (NEAA) + 2% Witaminy + 10% Płodowa surowica bydlęca (FBS).

Podzielić subkonfluentne hodowle (70-80%) 1:2, tj. wysiewać przy 4x10 000 ^komórek/cm2 przy użyciu 0,25% trypsyny; 5%_CO2; 37°C.
