Ludzkie łożysko, transformowane SV40

Ustanowiony przez transformację SV40 ts30 ludzkich komórek łożyska. Komórki wykazują ekspresję fenotypu transformowanego w temperaturze dopuszczalnej (33C) i fenotypu nietransformowanego w temperaturze niedopuszczalnej (40C). Linia ma ograniczoną żywotność od 15 do 18 pasaży przed wejściem w fazę kryzysu.

Preparation Note

Rozdzielić subkonfluentne hodowle (70-80%) w stosunku 1:2 do 1:4, tj. wysiać 3-6x10 000 ^komórek/cm2 przy użyciu 0,25% trypsyny lub trypsyny lub trypsyny/EDTA; 5%_CO2; 36°C. Zmieniaj pożywkę 2-3 razy w tygodniu.

α-MEM + 2mM Glutamina + 10% Płodowa Surowica Bydlęca (FBS).
