Application

  • Combining the gold chloride and toluidine blue stains to investigate chick embryo neural tissue.: This study explores the use of sodium thiosulfate solution in combination with gold chloride and toluidine blue stains to enhance the visualization of neural tissues in chick embryos. The findings demonstrate that sodium thiosulfate plays a crucial role in the staining process, providing clearer and more detailed images of neural structures, which can be invaluable for further research in developmental biology and histology (Smit & Pretorius, 2007).
