Application

The antibody produced by this cell line can be used in interleukin-4 (IL-4) assays and to inhibit IL-4.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Mouse NS1 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody produced by this cell line is directed against IL-4 and inhibits the biological activity of the cytokine. OX-81 is non-competitive with OX-87 (Sigma Catalog no. 95040516), which also reacts with IL-4 but does not block its activity.
