The volume of the 100 unit package size will vary from lot to lot. The minimum activity of this enzyme is 2 units per milligram and the minimum protein concentration is 10 mg/mL. I have looked in the SDS, but I can't find the molar mass of the enzyme. Is it possible to get information regarding the molar mass, or a link to the enzyme in the PDB?

The calculated molecular weight of this material is 56.5 kDa, with the catalytic domain being 40.6 kDa. Electrophoresis gels stained with Coumassie blue show a molecular weight of 35 - 55 kDa.
