Hochgradig aufgereinigt und auf die Verwendung als Detergens zur Solubilisierung membrangebundener Proteine in nativem Zustand ausgelegt (Absorbanz: <;0,25 bei 290 nm, 10 % H₂O; Aggregationsnummer: 3-12; CMC: 2-6 mM; Mizellengewicht: 1200-4900; pK_a: 6,2). Induziert gemäß Berichten die Tyrosin-Phosphorylierung von β;-Catenin und die darauffolgende Translokation zum Nukleus, was die Aktivierung der β;-Catenin-Signalisierung fördert (effektive Konzentration 5-50 µ;M).

Application

• Treatment of mucocutaneous leishmaniasis - A systematic review: Natriumdeoxycholat wird in dieser systematischen Übersichtsarbeit als Bestandteil von Behandlungsschemata für mukokutane Leishmaniose diskutiert und bietet umfassende Einblicke in aktuelle therapeutische Ansätze und Ergebnisse (Fischer et al., 2024).

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution im Kühlschrank aufbewahren (bei 4 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei 4 °;C bis zu 6 Monate haltbar. Entsorgen, wenn sich Bakterien- oder Pilzwachstum zeigt.

Nicht mit Mn²⁺ in Lösung verwenden.
