Beschreibung

General description

Ein starker, zellpermeabler, selektiver und reversibler Inhibitor der c-Jun N-terminalen Kinase (JNK) (IC₅₀ = 40 nM für JNK-1 und JNK-2 und 90 nM für JNK-3). Die Hemmung ist in Bezug auf ATP kompetitiv. Weist eine über 300-fach höhere Selektivität für JNK auf als ERK1 und p38-2 MAP-Kinasen. Hemmt die Phosphorylierung von c-Jun und blockiert die Expression von IL-2, IFN-γ;, TNF-α; und COX-2 in Zellen. Blockiert die IL-1-induzierte Akkumulation von Pospho-Jun und die Induktion der c-Jun-Transkription.
